Garth Dunklin has practiced commercial real estate law and real estate related administrative law in Charlotte since 1988. He joined the Master of Science in Real Estate program as an adjunct professor in 2013. Garth writes often on commercial real estate topics (including annually co-authoring the commercial version of the North Carolina Real Estate Commission’s two Mandatory classes and writing the Commercial Real Estate chapter of the Real Estate Commission’s North Carolina Real Estate Manual) and regularly teaches continuing education to commercial real estate brokers. He is a North Carolina State Bar Board Certified Specialist- Real Property Law- Residential, Business, Commercial and Industrial Transactions, holds the CCIM and CRE designations and is licensed to practice law in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. Garth also serves the State of North Carolina as Chairman of the Rules Review Commission.
