The State of Housing in Charlotte Report

 

 

On October 30, 2020, the Childress Klein Center for Real Estate hosted the Second Annual State of Charlotte Housing Summit.  This virtual event featured a presentation of the State of Housing in Charlotte report by Dr. Yongqiang Chu, director of CKCRE. The summit was following by two panel discussions on owner-occupied and rental housing markets and featured Charlotte real estate experts.
