Teresa Hocutt is a full-time student at UNC-Charlotte, where she is pursuing a dual Masters in Real Estate and Construction & Facilities Management. In addition to her studies, Teresa is also working at Whiteside Industrial Properties, where she is learning all aspects of commercial real estate brokerage.
Teresa earned her Bachelor's Degree from the University of South Carolina, in Business Administration concentrating in Finance and Real Estate. After graduating, she lived internationally for a year in South Korea as a teacher before she began her career at Bank of America. She worked as an Analyst from 2012-2015 in Options Clearing, and then in Wealth Management.
Teresa is well versed in complex financial instruments, global securities, cash flow analysis, and real estate principals. She is also a licensed broker in the state of North Carolina. She enjoys traveling, going to the White Water Center, and trying new cuisines.
