What is your professional background?
I have been in the construction and development field for the last 10 years with my work mainly focused on multifamily. I am familiar with most markets throughout the Southeast.
What are your motivations for pursuing the MSRE?
The MSRE provides a great network of UNCC alumni in the Charlotte market and also is honing my knowledge of real estate development so that I can better serve my clients.
Why did you choose the Childress Klein Center for Real Estate over other programs?
I love living and working in the Charlotte market and I think that the CKCRE program provides the best real estate network in this market. The local connections and presence are what made the decision for me.
What activities are you involved in when not working/studying?
I am an avid golfer and outdoorsman and enjoy sharing these hobbies with my family and children.
How would you describe the M.S. in Real Estate to someone who is considering pursuing this master’s degree?
The MSRE program provides you with the fundamental knowledge to understand real estate and the network to succeed.
