What is your professional background?
Since receiving my B.A., I have been trying to make a name for myself in real estate development with a particular focus in senior housing catering to Alzheimer's and Dementia residents in The Queen City. After years in finance with Bank of America, I joined Helen Adams Realty because it values customer service, authenticity, and reliability. My strengths are unlimited drive and creativity, very strong interpersonal skills, a wealth of investment knowledge, a thorough understanding of real estate growth trends in and around Charlotte, and most importantly, absolute integrity.
What are your motivations for pursuing the MSRE?
To enhance my Finance Skills in order to take my Development company to the next level.

What projects are you currently working on in Charlotte?
J.S. & Son’s Construction Company will be building Kingston On West , a multi-phased luxury townhome development in the Historic Wilmore neighborhood in Charlotte, North Carolina. The townhome community will be constructed on an approximately four (4) acre site at Kingston Drive and West Boulevard, which is the current location of The Kingston Apartments (Historic Wilmore). The project will be located within one of Charlotte’s most attractive submarkets due to its walkability and closeness to shops, uniqueeating venues and other amenities. The Historic Wilmore neighborhood continues to experience strong growth within the community and planned City improvements will inevitably positively impact the community and surrounding areas.
J.S. & Son’s has owned the subject property for many years and will serve as the lead developer and general contractor for the project. The subject developer has over ten years of experience in real estate investment, development, rehabilitation and construction.The townhome community will feature 47 luxury townhomes approximately 1,500 – 2,800 square feet each and will include four levels and a rooftop terrace. Each townhome will have an elevated design that functionally captures square footage density while aesthetically seizing city skyline views.
