Miles Servant is a Realtor at Surfside Realty Inc. located in Surfside Beach, South Carolina specializing in Residential/Commercial Sales, Development, Property Management, and Vacation Rentals. Mr. Servant is also a proprietor of a beach equipment rental company; Sandy Beach Outfitters that serves the southern area of Myrtle Beach, Surfside Beach, and Garden City. He received his B.S from the University of South Carolina (08’) in Hospitality, Restaurant, and Tourism Management where he was also a member of the Kappa Alpha Order Fraternity and Eta Sigma Delta Honors Society. He is also active in the local community serving; Surfside Beach Rotary Club, Young Professional Network for the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce, South Carolina Association of Realtors, and Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS®, where he is an active member of the Legislative Committee and is a graduate of the 2013 LeadershipCCAR program. He is constantly looking for ways to increase his knowledge and grow professionally which led him to the Master of Science in Real Estate program at UNC Charlotte.
When he is not working Miles loves to spend time on the water boating, playing basketball, and is an avid fan of South Carolina Gamecocks Athletics.
