Amin Shakya graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Amin works in the Real Estate Valuation and Financial modeling team at TIAA-CREF, where he is responsible for the valuation of TIAA’s global portfolio of Real Estate debt and equity investments. He is currently attending the Master of Science in Real Estate Program as a part-time student to deepen his knowledge of the real estate industry. He is also an associate member of the Urban Land Institute. Amin enjoys the outdoors and loves to travel in his spare time.
