About the Childress Klein Center for Real Estate
There is a growing regional demand for employees with graduate level education in real estate finance and development. A highly-trained workforce is needed for positions in appraisal, brokerage, lending, consulting, market research, development, financial analysis and capital markets. The best and brightest complete our program with an excellent academic foundation combined with real-world experience and industry-focused best practices that will drive the future of real estate.
The Childress Klein Center for Real Estate administers a Master of Science in Real Estate program, the real estate concentration as part of UNC Charlotte’s MBA program, and a post-graduate Certificate program in Real Estate Finance and Development.
The Center was established in 2005 with support from the real estate industry and program alumni. Their financial contributions have supported course development, scholarships for incoming graduate students, special events, and community outreach activities.
