Real Estate Capital Markets Symposium

As part of our mission to advance knowledge in real estate, public policy and urban economics through industry and community collaboration, the Childress Klein Center for Real Estate is proud to offer the annual Real Estate Capital Markets Symposium in conjunction with Barings. 

This spring event brings together real estate professionals and industry experts in one of America's fastest-growing cities to gain practical and timely information on the process of raising private equity capital in today’s market. The event is presented at UNC Charlotte's Center City Campus, located in Uptown Charlotte.

The 2018 Real Estate Capital Markets Symposium is being planned for April. An announcement will be made when registration becomes available.
