Ryan Stemmer graduated from Clemson University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture. His eight years of diverse experience in Oregon, Alaska, North and South Carolina have made him well versed in all aspects of the design process including site analysis, research, conceptual development, site design, code and regulation compliance, the public input process, project coordination, construction drawings, and construction administration. He has worked on many land development projects from a variety of private and public clients. Ryan is currently a full-time student and working as a graduate research assistant for The Center for Real Estate at UNCC. He enrolled in the MSRE program to acquire a better understanding of the financial aspects of the complex real estate market, with the ultimate aspiration of becoming a real estate developer.
