Joleen Stephan-Mease is an experienced real estate and facilities/property management professional with a passion for planning, design, the site/landscape, construction, and interiors/up-fits. Joleen appreciates the built environment and providing the setting for human activity using sustainable development aimed at smart growth without undermining the integrity and beauty of nature. Joleen has earned her NC Real Estate Broker License, is a LEED Green Associate, a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, and is a Certified Facility Manager (CFM), ensuring knowledge and competence of FM.
Joleen has been with Wells Fargo since 1999 as a Property Portfolio Manager in their Corporate Properties Group, and is capable of holistic facility administration: strategic planning, understanding both exterior and interior building components, vendor management, lease execution, tenant relations, to implementing best practices for cost-effective operations.
Joleen attained undergraduate degrees in Interior Design, Landscaping/Horticulture, and Marketing Management. Currently, she attends UNC Charlotte, Belk College of Business in Charlotte, NC, working towards a Master of Science in Real Estate and Development, MSRE.
